Our Pastors and Their Calling

Pastors Thomas O. & Dr. A. NaDene Tucker

Evangelistic Life Ministries Fellowship

Thomas O. and A. NaDene Tucker are founders and pastors of Evangelistic Life Ministries Fellowship, located in Greenville, North Carolina. They started their ministry at the Greenville Community Shelter for the Homeless in September 1988. They have been pastoring at ELM for the past 30 years. Thomas and NaDene frequently minister as a team in various services, including Sunday morning, speaking engagements, revivals, and marriage seminars, as the mantle of the prophetic and the anointing flow through them. And that anointing trickles down to the ELM church body. God has impregnated them with His vision and a prophetic work to be done at ELM as well as for the body of Christ. They believe in preaching the unadulterated word of God, speaking the truth in love, and will not compromise the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

One of the visions that God has brought to pass is the United Church Alliance (UCA), an organization of churches coming together to fellowship and worship God in the Spirit of unity. Today, there are seven churches that participate in UCA. UCA was started in 2003, which was 16 years ago.

Evangelistic Life Ministries Fellowship is committed to “…preach the gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; …to bind up and heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes of those who are bound” (Isaiah 61:1, AMP). The vision at ELM is to see individuals saved and walking in Psalm 1:3 (AMP), “And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity].”

Pastor Thomas, a former graduate and faculty member of Bethel Bible Institute, Jamaica, Queens, NY, has an associate's degree in chemical technology from Scotch Plains, NJ, and a bachelor's degree in theology from Christian International Bible College, Santa Rosa
